【正文】 1 西安航空學(xué)院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 題目： FAGOR 8025/8030 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)及 其在 CK6150 數(shù)控車床上的應(yīng)用 2 FAGOR 8025/8030 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)及其在 CK6150 數(shù)控車床上的 應(yīng)用設(shè)計 摘要 本設(shè)計是數(shù)控機床的 PLC控制，用國內(nèi)廣泛使用的德國西門子 S7200系列PLC來控制 CK6150 數(shù)控機床。本設(shè)計主要包括 CK6150機床的簡單介紹、 PLC類型選擇、輸入 /輸出分配表、梯形圖、指令語句等內(nèi)容。 本文分析了數(shù)控中的 PLC，以 CK6150數(shù)控車床的 PLC控制來分析 PLC在工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用。通 過 CK6150 數(shù)控車床的 PLC控制這個實例，可以清楚地看出獨立型 PLC與 CNC裝置之間、 PLC與機床側(cè)的開關(guān)量之間的 I/O連接關(guān)系：并通過 PLC程序設(shè)計，使 CNC裝置、 PLC和數(shù)控機床三者緊密結(jié)合在一起，形成一個有機整體，從而控制數(shù)控機床有條不紊地工作。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 可編程控制器 （ PLC） ,控制 ,數(shù)控 機床 ABSTRACT This design is the PLC’s conformity of CNC machine tools. Germany39。s Siemens S7200 series PLC what is widely used at home to control the CK6150 CNC machine tools. The design includes a brief introduction of the CK6150 machine, PLC type, input / output allocation table, ladder, instructions, etc. statements. This paper analyzes the PLC of the numerical control and applications of PLC control in industry by the PLC’s conformity of the CK6150 CNC machine tools. You can clearly see that the I / O connections between independent PLC and CNC equipment and that PLC and the machine side of the switch by this example of the PLC’s conformity of the CK6150 CNC machine tools. The close connection with the three together forms an anic whole by the designing of PLC program, and thus conformity of CNC machine tools work in an orderly manner.
