畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 基于西門子 802C 數(shù)控系統(tǒng) 開(kāi)發(fā)數(shù)控車床實(shí)訓(xùn)臺(tái) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué)號(hào): 學(xué) 院: 專 業(yè): 指導(dǎo)教師: 2021 年 5 月XXX 07020434555 機(jī)械工程與自動(dòng)化學(xué)院 機(jī)械電子工程 XXX 中北大學(xué) 2021 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 基于西門子 802C 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)數(shù)控車床實(shí)訓(xùn)臺(tái) 摘 要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步設(shè)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的不 斷斷發(fā)展,以數(shù)控技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)正以較快的速度逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械制造技術(shù) ,這已 成為當(dāng)今機(jī)械制造技術(shù) 發(fā)展的趨勢(shì) 。 數(shù)控機(jī)床在制造業(yè)中 的大量應(yīng) 用 ,使社會(huì)對(duì)能 熟練掌握數(shù)控機(jī)床的操作 ,編程及維 修的工程應(yīng)用人才的需 求量越來(lái)越大 。 近年來(lái)各院校相應(yīng) 開(kāi)出的數(shù)控專 業(yè) ,便從教 育的層面上反映 出社會(huì)的這種需 求 。 然而這也向我們提出 了數(shù)控教學(xué)如何 培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)工程應(yīng)用的數(shù)控人才的問(wèn) 題 。 數(shù)控人才的培養(yǎng)離不開(kāi)實(shí)踐操作,而現(xiàn)今真正投入生產(chǎn)的數(shù)控設(shè)備價(jià)格一般都很昂貴,因此研究和開(kāi)發(fā)一套用于經(jīng)濟(jì)適用的數(shù)控仿真實(shí)訓(xùn)臺(tái)就變得很有必要。 本設(shè)計(jì)是基于西門子公司的 SINUMERIK 802C 數(shù)控 車床 實(shí) 訓(xùn) 臺(tái) 開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì), 首先應(yīng)了解和掌握了西門子 802C 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、控制方式等知 識(shí)后根據(jù)它配備 伺服系統(tǒng)、主軸控制系統(tǒng)和輔助運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng), 通過(guò)查閱資料對(duì)車床實(shí)訓(xùn)臺(tái)的硬件進(jìn)行選擇,了解各個(gè)模塊的工作原理, 并設(shè)計(jì)外部硬件線路,最終設(shè)計(jì)出能 完成 演示主軸控制、進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)控制、輔助裝置控制等功能 , 符合 學(xué)校教學(xué)實(shí)際需求的專用實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備。不僅可作為數(shù)控車床電氣故障的維修實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備,也可作為數(shù)控車床的實(shí)際加工操作實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備。 該裝置可以使學(xué)生掌握數(shù)控車床系統(tǒng)控制原理、電 氣設(shè)計(jì)方法、元 器件的選擇、車床電氣安裝及調(diào)試、故障診斷維修、零件程序編制及圖形模擬加工過(guò)程等多項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容,達(dá)到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)習(xí)效果 。 操作過(guò)程與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)接軌,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用,不僅解決了學(xué)員培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用高的問(wèn)題,而且更能體現(xiàn)仿真操作的真實(shí)性,使教學(xué)效果得到明顯提高。 關(guān)鍵詞: 數(shù)控系統(tǒng),車床,伺服系統(tǒng) ,控制 中北大學(xué) 2021 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 Based on simens 802C CNC system development training sets CNC lathe Abstract: With the continuous progress of science and technology set everbreaking development of social productive forces, advanced manufacturing technology is based on the numerical control technology at a faster rate gradually replaced the traditional mechanical manufacturing technology, which has bee the trend of mechanical manufacturing technology development. CNC machine tool used in manufacturing industry, enabling the munity to skilled in CNC machine tool operation, programming and maintenance of engineering application talents demand is growing. In recent years the institutions appropriate to write NC professional , from the level of education reflects this demand of the munity. But it also put forward to us how the teaching of numerical control training project on the application of numerical control talents. CNC talents training cannot be separated from practice, and today the real production of CNC equipment prices are generally very expensive, so research and development of a system for economical numerical control imitating real training will bee necessary. This design is based on Siemens pany of SINUMERIK 802C NC lathe real training Taiwan development design, first should has solutions and master has Siemens 802C NC system of structure, and work principle, and control way, knowledge Hou under it equipped with servo system, and spindle control system and secondary movement control system, by inspection information on lathe real training Taiwan of hardware for select, understanding each module of work principle, and design external hardware line, eventually design out can pleted demonstrates spindle control, and into to movement control, and secondary device control, function, meet school teaching actual demand of dedicated experimental device. Not only can be used as electrical faults of NC lathe repair training equipment, or as actual machining of numerical control lathe operation training devices. The appliance can make students master the electrical design of NC lathe system control theory, methods, ponents selection, lathe of fault diagnosis of electrical installation and missioning, maintenance,programming and graphic simulation of machining process of parts and many other experimental content, reach industrial production practice. Procedure into line with actual 中北大學(xué) 2021 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 production, and economical and practical, not only solve the problem of the high cost of training, but also to reflect the authenticity of the simulation operation, for teaching to be improved significantly.
