2022 年屆畢業(yè)生設(shè)計(jì) 論文 青島海運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究 系部名稱 專業(yè)名稱 學(xué)生姓名 學(xué)號(hào) 指導(dǎo)教師 青島海運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究 (南通航運(yùn)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 管理信息系物流 3121班 ,江蘇 南通 226010) 摘要: 隨著中國(guó)加入 WTO 以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)融入世界,這也意味著中國(guó)的航運(yùn)事業(yè)與世界接軌,而與此同時(shí),國(guó)外的大部分航運(yùn)企業(yè)也看準(zhǔn)時(shí)機(jī)搶站進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng),中國(guó)的航運(yùn)企業(yè)面臨著許多前所未有的機(jī)遇與嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以青島海運(yùn)總公司為例,通過(guò)案例研究的方法對(duì)其企業(yè) 現(xiàn)狀及內(nèi)部存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)改善措施。對(duì)青島港海運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展形式進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了當(dāng)前青島港海運(yùn)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題,從船舶運(yùn)力結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)人力資源、企業(yè)管理能力等方面加以闡述,并對(duì)全球海運(yùn)形勢(shì)及中國(guó)水運(yùn)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出了集中自身優(yōu)勢(shì)力量搶占并守住國(guó)內(nèi)水路市場(chǎng),積極準(zhǔn)備,進(jìn)入國(guó)際航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)等建議。 關(guān)鍵詞: 航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)、企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題、應(yīng)對(duì)措施 Qingdao Maritime Corporation Development Strategy Abstract:With China39。s accession to the WTO, China39。s shipping industry gradually integrate with the world market, while at the same time, many foreign shipping panies have also entered the Chinese market, China39。s shipping enterprises are also facing many unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper takes Qingdao ocean shipping pany as an example, through the method of case study to its present situation and the problems existing in the internal enterprise put forward the corresponding improvement measures. Forms are summarized to the development of Qingdao port shipping pany, points out the current main problems in the Qingdao port inland waterway transport, capacity of the ship structure, enterprise human resources, enterprise management ability and so on are discussed, and the global shipping situation and analyzing the present situation and problems of China39。s water transport market, puts forward the concentrate superior forces, capture and hold the domestic water market, actively preparing for, into the international shipping market.
