Continue to improve the development of domestic industry environment, known as the third profits source of the logistics enterprise fast development, the enterprise logistics cost management problems gradually to the attention of the people. On the cost accounting and management, logistics enterprises and some problems in our country. More than half of the cost accounting enterprises still use the traditional way, but the traditional method of cost accounting to choose a single distribution principles. And logistics enterprise reflects the characteristics of personalized service, pricing is difficult. Logistics enterprise cost distortion is serious, leading to the management decisionmaking error, the product cost out of control, eventually led to the decrease of the profit level. Article first introduced the homework cost method (activity based costing ABC cost method for short) of the basic concepts and ideas, and the homework cost method of cost management of domestic logistics enterprise development present situation, and then discusses the domestic logistics enterprises implement the feasibility and the necessity of ABC cost method. Discusses the domestic logistics enterprise operation cost may have some problems, and discusses and analyzes one by a small improvement and put forward the path and countermeasures.
