At the same time, it is an important ponent part of China39。s socialist market capital structure are kept to be the vital parts of a pany39。s financing theory research. Studies have shown that there is significant relationship between capital structure and corporate performance .But people are still hard to judge the significance of capital structure for the pany. Therefore, there is great practical and theoretical significance for the research of the effect of capital structure on corporate performance, especially the further development of China39。s electric power industry listed panies. Having consulted the relevant literature on this field both at home and abroad , the article will be defining the related concepts of the capital structure and the business performance ,at the same time it conduct theoretical research. And then, the data from 55 electric power industry listed panies contains 2022 to 2022 will be listed as the characteristics of the electric power industry listed pany ,To understand the present situation of the sample pany’s capital structure and the business performance, the sample date will be analy
