【正文】 KKME專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)搜索引擎 血必凈注射液對(duì)急性有機(jī)磷中毒性心血管損傷的干預(yù)研究 作者：王穎 ,榮廷 ,鄒艷果 ,李錦繡 作者單位：山東大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院急診科， 濟(jì)南 250033 【摘要】 目的 觀察血必凈注射液對(duì)急性有機(jī)磷中毒性心血管損傷患者外周血中性粒細(xì)胞核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子 ?kappa B(NF?Κ B)的活化程度及損傷預(yù)后的影響。方法 將 70 例急性有機(jī)磷中毒合并心血管損傷患者隨機(jī)分為陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組 (35 例 )和實(shí)驗(yàn)組 (35 例 )，用免疫酶組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)其外周血中性粒細(xì)胞 NF?Κ B 的活化程度，并觀察患者血清心肌酶活性值的變化。結(jié)果 ①實(shí)驗(yàn) 組死亡率低于對(duì)照組 (P)。②對(duì)照組 NF?Κ B 活化程度高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組 (P)。③血必凈注射液呈劑量依賴性地抑制中性粒細(xì)胞 NF?Κ B 的活性 (P)。④實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清心肌酶活性值恢復(fù)程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，且與血必凈注射液用量呈劑量依賴性(P)。結(jié)論 早期聯(lián)合應(yīng)用血必凈注射液和常規(guī)治療藥物，可改善急性有機(jī)磷中毒并發(fā)心血管損傷患者的預(yù)后，提高救治成功率。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 血必凈注射液 ,有機(jī)磷中毒 ,心血管系統(tǒng) ,損傷 ,免疫組織化學(xué) ,核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子 ?Κ B To observe the effects of Xuebijing injection on nuclear factor? kappa B activation of PMN and the prognosis of cardiovascular injury.
