【正文】 Page 1 of 10 莫仕公司 供應(yīng)商行為 準(zhǔn)則 MOLEX INCORPORATED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SUPPLIERS 前言 Introduction 莫仕公司期 望在和供應(yīng)商發(fā)生業(yè)務(wù)往來(lái)的時(shí)候 ,對(duì)方能夠依照莫仕 公司 的供應(yīng)商行為 準(zhǔn)則 進(jìn)行操作 ,當(dāng)供應(yīng)商通過(guò) 轉(zhuǎn)包商 (戒臨時(shí)勞務(wù) 中介 )生產(chǎn) 元 器 件生產(chǎn)及材料 提供給莫仕公司 ,供應(yīng)商必須向其 闡述 莫仕公司的供應(yīng)商行為 準(zhǔn)則 ,并確保轉(zhuǎn)包商同樣遵守此 準(zhǔn)則 。 任何違背本 準(zhǔn)則 的行為 將成為 莫仕 公司 終止 其 合同 ,并且可能導(dǎo)致將此供應(yīng)商從莫仕批準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)商名錄 中除名 的充分 依據(jù) 。 Molex has a Code of Conduct for its suppliers and expects them to ply with this code in its business dealings. Where a supplier uses a subcontractor (or makes use of a temporary labor agency) to work on ponents or materials supplied to Molex, the expectation is that the supplier has issued this Code of Conduct to the subcontractor and that this subcontractor also plies with this code.
