【正文】 I acknowledge receipt of the Molex Code of Conduct for Suppliers and confirm that each of our facilities that supply ponents or materials to Molex is in pliance with the terms listed. 同樣我 公司保證 我們每個轉(zhuǎn)包商 戒 臨時勞務(wù) 中 )已經(jīng)知曉并遵 守 莫仕公司 供應(yīng)商 行為 準(zhǔn)則 所列條款 。 Each supplier shall established procedures for ensuring that these terms are applied in all the facilities, besides, there would be delegates as supervisors to guarantee the pliance with the terms. 作為供應(yīng)商審核項目 之一 ， 莫仕公司 會 要求 對 供應(yīng)商 的工廠進(jìn)行檢查， 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有違規(guī)并在 30 個工作日內(nèi) 未完成整改 , 莫仕有權(quán)將其從 莫仕批準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)商名錄 中除名。 Suppliers shall notify their employees of these terms and place a copy of their labor and environmental practices in one or more work locations easily accessible to all employees.
