【正文】 第二十二章 抗心律失常藥 Antiarrhythmic Drug 心律失常是指心臟自律性異?；騻鲗?dǎo)障礙引起的心動節(jié)律或頻率改變，發(fā)生心動過速、心動過緩或心律不齊。 精神緊張、大量吸煙、飲酒、喝濃茶或咖啡、過度疲勞、嚴(yán)重失眠等常為心律失常的誘發(fā)因素；心律失常特別多見于心臟病患者，也常發(fā)生在麻醉、手術(shù)中或手術(shù)后。 What is an arrhythmia? The rhythm of the heart is normally generated and regulated by pacemaker cells within the sinoatrial (SA) node, which is located within the wall of the right atrium. SA nodal pacemaker activity normally governs the rhythm of the atria and ventricles. Normal rhythm is very regular, with minimal cyclical fluctuation. Furthermore, atrial contraction is always followed by ventricular contraction in the normal heart. When this rhythm bees irregular, too fast (tachycardia) or too slow (bradycardia), or the frequency of the atrial and ventricular beats are different, this is called an arrhythmia.
