案例教學(xué)法在地方院校法理學(xué)課程中的應(yīng)用研究 ——以邵陽學(xué)院政法系法學(xué)專業(yè)為例 費(fèi)世軍 (邵陽學(xué)院政法系,湖南邵陽 , 422021) 摘要: 法理學(xué)是學(xué)習(xí)法學(xué)的入門理論學(xué)科,但一些地方院校法理學(xué)課程受傳統(tǒng)講授法、教學(xué)內(nèi)容及就業(yè)狀況等因素影響,法理學(xué)教學(xué)得不到應(yīng)有的重視,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高,并嚴(yán)重影響到法理學(xué)課程的生命力。案例教學(xué)法有助于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生從個(gè)案理解抽象的法理,培養(yǎng)法律思維;有助于提高學(xué)生判斷、分析和解決問題的能力;有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的參與意識(shí),提升學(xué)習(xí)興趣。相較于傳統(tǒng)講授法,案例教學(xué)法對(duì)教師、學(xué)生提出了更高要 求,并要求教師精選能適應(yīng)教學(xué)所需的經(jīng)典案例、地方典型案例及虛構(gòu)案例。法理學(xué)課堂實(shí)施案例教學(xué)法應(yīng)遵循講解原理和法律規(guī)范、展示案例與課堂論辯、課堂提問并評(píng)析總結(jié)、布置作業(yè)以鞏固學(xué)習(xí)等步驟。 關(guān)鍵詞: 案例教學(xué)法;地方院校;法理學(xué);應(yīng)用研究 Case Teaching Method Applied in Local Colleges’ Jurisprudence Class Taking Shaoyang University as an Example (Department of political science and law,Shaoyang University, Hunan Shaoyang, 422021), Abstract: Jurisprudence is to learn the theory of legal science, but some local college course of jurisprudence is influenced by traditional teaching method, the teaching contents and the employment situation, the Jurisprudence Teaching ignored, the students39。 learning enthusiasm is not high, and seriously affected the course of jurisprudence. Case teaching method is helpful to guide the students from the case to understand abstract legal culture, legal thinking ability。 helpful to improve the students39。 judgment, analysis and problem solving ability。 and helpful to cultivate students39。 sense of participation, improve the learning interest. Compared with the traditional teaching method, case teaching method put forward higher requirements for teachers, students, and teachers can adapt to the classical case selection, teaching the necessary local typical cases and fictional case.
