【正文】 案例教學法在地方院校法理學課程中的應用研究 ——以邵陽學院政法系法學專業(yè)為例 費世軍 (邵陽學院政法系,湖南邵陽 , 422021) 摘要: 法理學是學習法學的入門理論學科,但一些地方院校法理學課程受傳統(tǒng)講授法、教學內容及就業(yè)狀況等因素影響,法理學教學得不到應有的重視,學生的學習積極性不高,并嚴重影響到法理學課程的生命力。案例教學法有助于引導學生從個案理解抽象的法理,培養(yǎng)法律思維;有助于提高學生判斷、分析和解決問題的能力;有助于培養(yǎng)學生的參與意識,提升學習興趣。相較于傳統(tǒng)講授法,案例教學法對教師、學生提出了更高要 求,并要求教師精選能適應教學所需的經典案例、地方典型案例及虛構案例。法理學課堂實施案例教學法應遵循講解原理和法律規(guī)范、展示案例與課堂論辯、課堂提問并評析總結、布置作業(yè)以鞏固學習等步驟。 關鍵詞: 案例教學法;地方院校;法理學;應用研究 Case Teaching Method Applied in Local Colleges’ Jurisprudence Class Taking Shaoyang University as an Example (Department of political science and law,Shaoyang University, Hunan Shaoyang, 422021), Abstract: Jurisprudence is to learn the theory of legal science, but some local college course of jurisprudence is influenced by traditional teaching method, the teaching contents and the employment situation, the Jurisprudence Teaching ignored, the students39。 learning enthusiasm is not high, and seriously affected the course of jurisprudence. Case teaching method is helpful to guide the students from the case to understand abstract legal culture, legal thinking ability。 helpful to improve the students39。 judgment, analysis and problem solving ability。 and helpful to cultivate students39。 sense of participation, improve the learning interest.
