【正文】 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)（論文） 題 目： 用友 ERP 沙盤(pán)模擬中財(cái)務(wù)主管的職能分析 姓 名 學(xué) 號(hào) 所在學(xué)院 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí) 10 工業(yè) 1 指導(dǎo)教師 日 期 2021年 5 月 5 日 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） I 摘 要 ERP（企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)）是當(dāng)今世界企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理技術(shù)進(jìn)步的 代表，應(yīng)用 ERP 的價(jià)值就在于通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)劃和控制等功能，有效地配置各項(xiàng)資源，減低成本，提高效率和效益，從而提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 ERP 沙盤(pán) 就是通過(guò)利用實(shí)物沙盤(pán)直觀而形象地展示企業(yè)的各種內(nèi)部及外部資 源，做到縱觀全局提綱挈領(lǐng)，方便企業(yè)的決策者能夠更加方便而準(zhǔn)確地做 出企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。對(duì)于企業(yè)管理而言， 財(cái)務(wù)就如同血液一樣關(guān)乎企業(yè)的方方面面，因此 財(cái)務(wù)管理無(wú)疑是最重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié) 。 本論文主要包括四個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論，闡明選題意義及文字安排；第二部分主要介紹模擬規(guī)則和模擬結(jié)果；第三部分著重于對(duì)模擬過(guò)程進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)分析， 主要涉及籌資分析和投資分析；第四部分對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)主管的職能進(jìn)行總結(jié)和結(jié)束語(yǔ)。 關(guān)鍵詞： ERP，沙盤(pán)模擬，財(cái)務(wù)主管，職能分析 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） II Abstract ERP is the world39。s business and management of technological progress on behalf of , the value of ERP application is that through planning and control functions of the system , effectively allocate the resources , reduce costs, improve efficiency and effectiveness , thus enhance the petitiveness of enterprises. ERP sand table is intuitive and vividly demonstrated by the use of a variety of physical sandbox corporate internal and external resources to achieve the big picture highlights, facilitate business decisionmakers can more easily and accurately make strategic business development plan. For enterprise management, the financial panies like blood as related to all aspects of financial management and therefore is undoubtedly the most important aspect . This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is an introduction, and clarify the significance of the topic text arrangements。 second part introduces the simulation rules and simulation results。 Part III focuses on the financial analysis of the simulation process, mainly related to the analysis of financing and investment analysis。 Part IV of the Treasurer summary and Conclusion of the functions performed.
