【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）中文摘要 山楂在我國(guó)分布廣泛，每年可以達(dá)到上百萬(wàn)噸，由于它是季節(jié)性強(qiáng)的水果，受它本身特性所限，其貯藏期比較短，而且其果酸含量較多，需要加工后貯藏和使用。在我國(guó)目前的山楂去核機(jī)械的發(fā)展比較落后，因?yàn)槿狈α己玫脑O(shè)備，加工工業(yè)的落后，生產(chǎn)效率低，使得一些地方出現(xiàn)水果積壓腐爛現(xiàn)象，使得果農(nóng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)上造成。去核是山楂在加工工序中重要的處理工序，以前的手工操作已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代山楂加工的需求，不但用了許多的勞動(dòng)力，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度比較大，生產(chǎn)效率太低，并且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量難以控制。該設(shè)計(jì)主要是為了解決山楂去核的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，衛(wèi)生安全，生產(chǎn)效率山楂產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。該次設(shè)計(jì)的去核機(jī)的去殼機(jī)構(gòu)主要使用的是曲柄雙滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)將其放到下料筒里，靠重力落到轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)的槽中，轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)與下料筒接觸，在槽輪的帶動(dòng)下轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)一定的角度，使其轉(zhuǎn)到山楂去核區(qū)，使得曲柄雙滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)下落，從頭沖掉山楂核，槽輪繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)放著山楂的槽轉(zhuǎn)到落山楂區(qū)時(shí)，因?yàn)槁渖介珔^(qū)的槽比山楂的直徑大的多，所以在重力的作用下山楂落入容器中，因?yàn)闆_頭由曲柄雙滑塊組成，所以曲柄旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一次可以完成兩個(gè)山楂的去核，這樣就提高了生產(chǎn)效率。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 山楂 自動(dòng)去核機(jī) 曲柄雙滑 槽輪 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 英 文 摘要 Hawthorn is widely distributed in China, every year can reach millions of tons, because it is a seasonal fruit, the limitation of its own characteristics, the storage period is short and the acid content of more and need to processing, storage and use.
