I 題目: 堆垛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)(機(jī)械部分) 專業(yè): 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué)生: (簽名) 指導(dǎo)教師: (簽名) 摘 要 本文主要 是 有軌堆垛機(jī)的機(jī)械 部分 設(shè)計(jì) ,包含 堆垛機(jī) 的 行走 機(jī)構(gòu) 、升降 機(jī)構(gòu) 、伸縮機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),其中重點(diǎn)放在了 行走機(jī)構(gòu) 的設(shè)計(jì)上 。根據(jù)比較選擇 了 單立柱堆垛機(jī), 在進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí) , 根據(jù)電機(jī) 確定機(jī)構(gòu)的總體 結(jié)構(gòu) ,再 由運(yùn)行阻力 計(jì)算 行走電機(jī)的 功 率 ,進(jìn)而確定電機(jī)型號(hào)。 本設(shè)計(jì)升降軌道采用雙柱型軌道,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單工藝性好 ,貨叉伸縮機(jī)構(gòu)借鑒了抽屜軌道的原理。 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)各主要部件初步選型后再對(duì)部件進(jìn)行 強(qiáng)度 的校核, 來(lái)保證 選擇的合理性。在本文最后部分,對(duì)該堆垛機(jī)的 剛性和 穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析 ,從而保證了堆垛機(jī)工作時(shí)運(yùn)行的平穩(wěn)性 和可靠性 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :有軌堆垛機(jī), 行走機(jī)構(gòu), 雙柱型軌道 Subject: The Design of the mechanical structure of a Stacker Crane II Abstract This paper describes the design of the mechanical structure , including the walking、lifting、 stretch outing and draw backing mechanism of a stacker crane, in my design work I focus on the design of the walking mechanisms. According to the parison we choice the single pillar stacker , In the design of the mechanism ,we according to he motor institutions determine the general structure of a stacker crane, Then cording the resistance to calculation traveling motor power and determine the motor model. Tracking the movement double column type orbit. Structure is simple and good in usability. The goods for the expansion institutions fork drawer the principle of orbit. According to the design requirements of the main ponents of preliminary selection, then to parts of checking intensity. to ensure that the choice of rationality . In the last part of this paper , the stacker strength and stability for a more detailed analysis , so as to ensure the smoothness of work stacker slide may run and reliability .
