At the beginning of this thesis, through the analysis of current situation of macro Chinese energysaving emission reduction, energy saving and emission reduction in the outstanding grim situation in our country。 then, using econometric methods, in 1978 2021 China GDP and energy consumption as the variable, establishes the econometric model to analyze the relevant aspects of the study。 furthermore the specific measures of i nfluence on industrial structure。 at last, this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions according to the research results.
