This article explore the application of emerce from a marketing perspective and research on marketing mode of enterprises innovation and development in the context of electronic merce. Emerce as business activity on the Inter, naturally without marketing, with the fast transport work information to further improve the marketing efficiency and effectiveness, fundamental changes in marketing themselves and their environment, a core support of Inter marketing, work marketing is developing into the mainstream of modern marketing, strongly impact the marketing pattern of change. Therefore, enterprises have to look at work marketing in the new economy and its changing patterns of marketing, have great practical significance.
