It is the fast developing works technology that makes the information resources treated, exchanged and shared without the patiotemporal restriction. The logistics information system takes a more and more importance. This paper discusses on the logistics management information system of Shanghai Meishe Logistics Co., Ltd, first, anglicizing the current situation of Shanghai Meishe 39。s logistics management information system, has pointed out the problems existing , then it suggests that the pany ought to take some measures into practice to improving the efficiency of logistics management information system, I hope it can helps to improve the levels of logistics management information system in domestic.
