【正文】 1 高血壓病患者的護理 措施 2021 級護理?？? 盧宗 芹 【摘要】 高血壓病 是指在靜息狀態(tài)下動脈 收縮壓 和 /或 舒張壓 增高(≥ 140/90mmHg），常伴有脂肪和糖代謝紊亂以及心、腦、腎和視網(wǎng)膜等器官功能性或器質(zhì)性改變。 分為原發(fā)性高血壓和繼發(fā)性高血壓。 由于部分高血壓患者并無明顯的臨床癥狀，高血壓又被稱為人類健康的 “ 無形殺手 ” 。 探討在對高血壓病患者的臨床護理 方法，方法對 72例高血壓患者進行心理護理、 有氧運動指導(dǎo)、飲食指導(dǎo) 、合理用藥、幫助有效戒煙等 ， 真正提高自我生活質(zhì)量，遠離病痛的折磨，高質(zhì)量的生活 。 病情好轉(zhuǎn)出院，有效率達 96%。結(jié)論 高血壓病除了藥物治療 外，心理護理和健康教育也不可忽視，對患者提供心理護理和健康教育，是一項很重要的護理工作 ， 對高血壓患者實施整體護理及飲食指導(dǎo)將會減少患者病情加重或反復(fù)發(fā)作的風(fēng)險， 因此提高對高血壓病的認識，對早期預(yù)防、及時治療有極其重要的意義。 【 Abstract】 The hypertension means that systolic and/ or diastolic blood pressures are increasing (=140/90mmHg)during resting state, often acpanied by fat and glucose metabolic disorder, functional and anic changes of ans such as heart, brain, kidneys and others as well. High blood pressure can be divided into primary hypertension and secondary hypertension. Because clinical symptoms of part of hypertensive patients are no obvious, high blood pressure also known as invisible killers to human health. To discuss the clinical nursing methods of hypertensive patients, we guide 72 hypertensive patients to do psychological nursing, aerobic exercise, dietary instruction, rational using of drugs and give up smoking effectively. The patient was discharged with a better health condition with effective rate reaches 96%.Conclusion: The experience of holistic nursing and dietary instruction on hypertensive patients will reduce the risk of deteriorating the symptoms or recurrent, therefore, we should raise the awareness of hypertension, which has extremely important meaning to early prevention and timely treatment. 【 關(guān)鍵詞 】 高
