【正文】 學(xué)號 ： 10436128 常 州 大 學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 （ 論 文 ） （ 2021 屆） 題 目 電話機座電池蓋三維造型及模具設(shè)計 學(xué) 生 學(xué) 院 機械工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級 成型 101 校內(nèi)指導(dǎo)教師 專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù) 校外指導(dǎo)老師 專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù) 二 ○ 一四 年 五 月i 摘 要 本文主要是設(shè)計一個電話機座的電池蓋， 利用實體模型測量產(chǎn)品的尺寸，對實體進行建模，并對塑件 進行 模具設(shè)計，包括塑件成品的設(shè)計、工藝參數(shù)的分析與計算、工作部分的設(shè)計、模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計和加工方案的制定 以及二維、三維圖的繪制 ，其中重點介紹了分型面的設(shè)計 、流道系統(tǒng)的選擇 、型 腔型芯的設(shè)計 與 模具 總體 結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計 ， 這次設(shè)計 主要運用 Pro/ENGINEER 軟件及 CAD 軟件 來完成整個設(shè)計工作， 完成了整個模具的設(shè)計，包括模具裝配圖和零件三維圖、二維圖。 從中學(xué)習(xí)到了許多 模具設(shè)計的知識 并對 課本上 所學(xué)知識 有了進一步的理解 ，理論聯(lián)系實際，綜合運用 了 所學(xué)的模具、機械、力學(xué)、制圖等方面的 相關(guān) 知識。 此外 ， 本文還介紹了注塑模國內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀，我國模具產(chǎn)業(yè)與國外的差距以及模具的發(fā)展前景、未來趨勢。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 注塑模； 模具的設(shè)計；電池蓋 塑件 ； Pro/ENGINEER ； CAD； ii Design of Injection Mould 【 Abstract】 This paper is to design a phone standby battery cover ， using the entity model measuring the size of the product ， basing on the actual plastic products in the manufacturing pany, creates a model for the actual product and designs the plastic mould including the design of plastic finished product, analysis and account of craft parameter, the design of work piece, mould structure ， 2 d and 3 d drawing of the graph and the processing project. The designer focuses on the design and account work of partingsurface ， the choice of the runner system ， the design of the core ， the design of the cavity and the design of mould overall structure . and CAD 2021 is applied to the whole design to plete the whole of the mould design ,including the mold assembly drawing ,the three dimensional figure and the floor plan of parts。 This work makes the designer know more about the skills of mould design and deepen the knowledge he studied in the University. Theory with practice ，integrated use of the knowledge learned molds, machinery, mechanics, graphics and other aspects.
