of this Manual and unless provided otherwise in particular provisions, the term: 1） 海事勞工證書：指船旗國主管當(dāng)局或授 權(quán) 的認可組織經(jīng)對船舶實施海事勞工條件檢查 后簽發(fā)的證書，證書有效期不得超過 5年。 The maritime labour certificate shall be issued to a ship by the petent authority, or by a recognized anization duly authorized for this purpose, for a period which shall not exceed five years. 2） 海事勞工符合聲明：指船舶實施公約要求和船旗國規(guī)定的綜合性的文件。 Declaration of maritime labour pliance means the prehensive documents stating vessel to implement the Convention and the flag state’ s requirements. 3） 公約要求：指《
