If the Chinese and English is ambiguous in understanding, shall be subject to Chinese version. 8 第一章 海員上船工作的最低條件 Chapter One Minimum requirements for seafarers to work on a ship 最低年齡 Minimum age 本公司招募和雇傭年齡滿 18周歲及以上的海員。 The Company only recruit seafarers who are above the age of 18. 公司通過核查擬招募 和雇傭人員的身份證，確保其年滿 18周歲并建立聘用船員檔案。 The Company should verify the seafarers’ ID card, make sure their age not less than 18 and establish seafarers recruitment files. 體檢證書 Medical certificate 為確保海員的健康狀況適合履行其海上職責(zé)，本公司要求海員上船工作前應(yīng)持有有效的體檢證書，否則不得上船工作。 The Company shall require that, prior to beginning work on a ship, seafarers hold a valid medical certificate attesting that they are medically fit to perform the duties they are to carry out at sea. Otherwise they can’ t be arranged to work on a ship. 公司 船員人事主管 負(fù)責(zé)核查海員體檢證書的有效性，同時(shí)考慮下述要求： Crew Personnel Director is responsible for checking the validity of the medical certificate, and considers the following requirements： 1) 體檢證書應(yīng)由主管機(jī)關(guān)認(rèn)可的有正規(guī)資格的醫(yī)師簽發(fā)。 The medical certificate shall be issued by a duly qualified medical practitioner recognized by the petent authority. 2） 體檢證書以 中、 英文描述 ， 最長有效 期 2年 。 Each medical certificate shall be described in Chinese and English, and its valid for a maximum period of 2 year. 對于被拒絕發(fā)證的海員，或在其工作能力方面，特別是關(guān)于時(shí)間、工作內(nèi)容或航行區(qū)域方面被施加了限制的海員 ， 在身體健康狀況得到改善的情況下 ， 本公司提供其進(jìn)行復(fù)檢以便獲得合格體檢證書的機(jī)會。 Seafarers that have been refused a certificate or have had a limitation imposed on their ability to work, in particular with respect to time, field of work or trading area, shall be given the opportunity to recheck
