【正文】 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題 目 對(duì)我國(guó)逆向物流發(fā)展的探討 系 部 財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí) 物流管理 1251 學(xué)生姓名 劉 霞 學(xué) 號(hào) 2021564469 指導(dǎo)教師 周爽 二〇一七 年 三月二十日 【摘要】 逆向物流 是一種包含了產(chǎn)品退回、物品再利用、廢棄處理、維修和再制造等流程的物流活動(dòng)。逆向物流 具有良好的生態(tài)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，是構(gòu)建循環(huán)型經(jīng)濟(jì)的必然選擇。從微觀上看，逆向物流具有提高顧客價(jià)值、增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、降低物料成本、增加企業(yè)效益、改善環(huán)境行為、塑造企業(yè)形象等顯性和隱性作用；從宏觀上看，逆向物流有利于社會(huì)資源的合理流動(dòng)、節(jié)約資源、改善環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等。 21 世紀(jì)人類要實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展一定要繁榮逆向物流，與正向物流一起形成一個(gè)完整的經(jīng)濟(jì)鏈條，才能逐步構(gòu)建循環(huán)型經(jīng)濟(jì)，人類也才能獲得真 正的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 逆向物流活動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要全民的參與，上至法律法規(guī)的決策者，下至產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)者。政府在制定法律法規(guī)時(shí)應(yīng)注重引導(dǎo)企業(yè)加強(qiáng)逆向物流管理，以減少其產(chǎn)品帶來的環(huán)境污染。消費(fèi)者在消費(fèi)時(shí)要注重產(chǎn)品的綠色化和環(huán)保化，只有消費(fèi)者的支持，實(shí)施逆向物流活動(dòng)的企業(yè)最終才能獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，才能促進(jìn)企業(yè)加強(qiáng)逆向物流管理。企業(yè)在實(shí)施逆向物流活動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)逆向物流的正向控制，在產(chǎn)制環(huán)節(jié)就盡可能的減少產(chǎn)品的缺陷，從源頭上減少逆向物流發(fā)生的可能性。同時(shí)，企業(yè)應(yīng)重視逆向物流系統(tǒng)及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建，協(xié)調(diào)各部門的活動(dòng)，使流程通暢，從而提 高逆向物流效率。 本文首先分析了逆向物流的發(fā)展背景和國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而論述了逆向物流的概念、分類、特征及其作用，重點(diǎn)闡述了企業(yè)實(shí)施逆向物流活動(dòng)的決策過程及如 何實(shí)施逆向物流管理，探討了我國(guó)逆向物流的發(fā)展及其問題所在，并對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)如何加強(qiáng)逆向物流管理提出了建議。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 逆向物流， SWOT 分析，決策樹分析 【 Abstract】 Reverse logistics is a kind of logistics activity consisting of product return, recycling, discarding, repairing and reproducing of modities. Reverse logistics, providing ecological and economic benefits, is the essential choice of building circular economics. From the microscopic point, reverse logistics plays a dominant and recessive role in enhancing customers39。 value, strengthening the petitive advantages, reducing costs of materials, promoting businesses39。 benefits, improving environments, and shaping images of businesses. From the macroscopic point, reverse logistics is good for the reasonable flowing of social resources, saving sources, improving environment, the sustainable development of economics and so on. In the 21st century, human beings should prosper the reverse logistics and then make a plete economic chain with bination of the forward logistics in order to realize the sustainable development. The realization of reverse logistics needs the participation of all people, including policymakers of laws and consumers. During the process of making laws, the government should attach importance to guiding businesses how to strengthening the management of reverse logistics so as to decrease the environmental pollutions brought by products. Whiling consuming, consumers should choose green products. Only with the help of consumers can the businesses operating the reverse logistics obtain economic benefits finally, and improve the management. In this course, businesses are supposed to strengthen the obverse control of reverse logistics, decrease deficient products as much as possible in the process of producing and reduce the possibility of reverse logistics at the very beginning.
