提供全套畢業(yè)設(shè)計,各專業(yè)都有 本科畢業(yè)論文 學(xué) 院 : 管理學(xué)院 專 業(yè) : 信息管理與信息系統(tǒng) 學(xué) 號 : 學(xué)生姓名 : 指導(dǎo)教師 : 日 期 : 題目 : 基于內(nèi)容分析法的 ERP 實施顧問職業(yè)技能需求分析 I 摘 要 隨著企業(yè)信息化的飛速進(jìn)展,目前 ERP 在中國開始進(jìn)入廣泛普及階段。 ERP 的快速發(fā)展促就了 ERP 人才的大量需求, ERP 專業(yè)人才在社會發(fā)展中已經(jīng)成為一種新興職業(yè),尤其以 ERP實施顧問為主。因此如果能全面了解 ERP實施顧問應(yīng)具備哪些職業(yè)技能 ,對于填補目前 ERP 市場的人才缺口,實現(xiàn)用人單位與高校教育的無縫對接具有極其重要的意義。 本文在回顧了國內(nèi)外 ERP 人才技能需求的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,引入了內(nèi)容分析法作為本課題的研究方法;結(jié)合內(nèi)容分析法的特點和優(yōu)勢,作者設(shè)計了 ERP 實施顧問職業(yè)技能需求調(diào)查和分析的研究方案;通過對發(fā)布在 “智聯(lián)招聘 ”、 “大街網(wǎng) ”、“前程無憂 ”、 “58同城 ”四個國內(nèi)大型求職網(wǎng)站的 300 余條 ERP 專業(yè)人員的招聘廣告的信息獲取和分析,研究 ERP實施顧問的技能需求的現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展趨勢。 本研究希望通過內(nèi)容分析法來探討: (1)目前各大企業(yè) 對 ERP 實施顧問所應(yīng)具備的技能的需求現(xiàn)狀; (2)ERP 實施顧問的技能需求是否因所處行業(yè)不同而有所不同;(3)ERP 實施顧問的技能需求是否因所處的地區(qū)不同而呈現(xiàn)不同; (4)ERP 實施顧問的技能變化趨勢。 關(guān)鍵詞: 內(nèi)容分析法; ERP實施顧問; 技能需求 II ABSTRACT With the rapid progress of the enterprise information , currently ERP start enter the widely popular stage in China. The rapid development of ERP promotes a large demand for ERP professionals, ERP professionals in social development has bee a new career,especially ERP , if we can prehensively understanding what professional skills ERP consultant should possess, for the talent to fill the current gap in the ERP market, and to achieve seamless employers and college education is extremely important. This paper reviews the relevant research literature on the skills requirements of ERP talents, on the basis of which the content analysis as the research method for this paper is introduced。 the author designs the research program of the survey and analysis of ERP talents skills needs, bining the features and advantages of content analysis. Through the issuance of the four large job swebsites domestic of “ and “”, 300 pieces of information about officers of the recruitment advertising are gained and analyzed, to research the Status and Trends of the ERP consultant ’s skills needs . The paper attempts to explore the followings through the content analysis method: the current status about what professional skill ERP talents should possess in business。 whether ERP professional skills make any difference as a result of their receipt of professional skills in different industries。 whether ERP professional skills makes any difference as a result of their different areas。 the trends of ERP talents skills.
