1 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 題目: 溫州 家族企業(yè) 管理 研究 2 溫州 家族 企業(yè)管理 研究 摘要 溫州民營企業(yè)數(shù)量很大,是一個寵大而且還在不斷發(fā)展的企業(yè)群體, 家族企業(yè)作為民營企業(yè)的主要形態(tài)之一,有適宜其生存的 社會根源和天然優(yōu)勢 , 聞名海內(nèi)外 “ 溫州模式 ” 在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)極其重要的地位。經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的不斷深化 為家族 企業(yè)的大發(fā)展提供了良好的環(huán)境和充裕的發(fā)展空間。 但隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大,家族企業(yè)的經(jīng)營和 管理 模式中其不利的方面也日漸顯露出來,一系列弊端嚴(yán)重影響企業(yè)的正常運行和持續(xù)發(fā)展。為此,對家族企業(yè)的弊端進(jìn)行研究,并提出相應(yīng)的對策,顯得十分必要。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 家族企業(yè) 弊端 對策 3 WENZHOU FAMILY ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT RESEARCH ABSTRACT Wenzhou large number of private enterprises, is a vast and still growing business groups, family enterprises, as one of the main form of private enterprise, are suitable for their survival social roots and natural advantage, at the famous Wenzhou mode in our country economy occupies an extremely important position.
