編號(hào): 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) 題 目: 低速載貨汽車(chē)變速器的設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院: 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 機(jī)械電子工程 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: 職 稱: 題目類(lèi)型 : ?理論研究 ?實(shí)驗(yàn)研究 ?工程設(shè)計(jì) ?工程技術(shù)研究 ?軟件開(kāi)發(fā) 2021 年 5 月 26 日 桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告用紙 摘 要 隨著國(guó)內(nèi)高級(jí)公路的快速發(fā)展,貨車(chē)專(zhuān)用變速器的開(kāi)發(fā)已迫在眉睫 。 變速器是汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵的部件,它的好壞直接影響著汽車(chē)的性能和安全性。 本次 關(guān)于 低速載貨汽車(chē)變速器 的設(shè)計(jì)是 以 現(xiàn)有企業(yè)生產(chǎn) 的現(xiàn)有汽車(chē) 變速器作為設(shè)計(jì)原型 , 獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)出 了 符合要求的中間軸式五檔變速器 。 中間軸式變速器也稱三軸式變速器,它 是前進(jìn) 檔 的動(dòng)力傳遞采用三根軸來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的變速器,它的特點(diǎn)是動(dòng)力的輸 入 軸和輸出軸有共同的軸線 。 設(shè)計(jì) 中 主要 完成了對(duì) 各檔位傳動(dòng)比的選擇確定、齒輪參數(shù)的選擇、第一軸第 二軸及中間軸的選擇計(jì)算、 軸的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、 軸承的選擇 等 ; 對(duì)變速器的主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,包括齒輪強(qiáng)度的校核、軸 的強(qiáng) 度和剛度的校核、軸承壽命的驗(yàn)算等 ;對(duì)齒輪和軸 的運(yùn)動(dòng)和受力分析;對(duì)同步器及操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的選擇等。 變速器的三維仿真結(jié)果表明,中間軸式五檔變速器的方案是可行的, 其相關(guān)參數(shù)的選擇 計(jì)算 及校核 結(jié)果表明整體性能滿足要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 變速器 ; 中間軸式 ; 五檔 ; 齒輪 桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告用紙 Abstract With the rapid development of the domestic highroad, truckspecific transmission development is imminent. Automotive Transmission Transmission is a very critical ponent, it will have a direct impact on the car39。s performance and safety. The truck speed transmission on the design based on the existing production of existing auto transmission as a design prototype, designed to meet the requirements independent intermediate shaft fivespeed transmission. The intermediate shaft transmission is also known as the three shafttype transmission, which is forwardspeed power transmission of the three axes to achieve the transmission power which is characterized by an input shaft and the output shaft have a mon axis. Completed the design of the main transmission ratio of the gear selection determination, the gear selection of parameters, the first intermediate shaft and the second shaft axis selection and calculation, structural design of the shaft, the bearing selection。 the main parameters of the transmission authentication, including check gear strength, shaft strength and stiffness of checking, such as checking the bearing life。 the gear and shaft movement and stress analysis。 synchronizer and control mechanism for the choice. Transmission of threedimensional simulation results show that the fivespeed gearbox intermediate shaft is feasible, its associated parameter selection and checking calculation results show that the overall performance to meet the requirements.
