【正文】 I 摘要 可編程控制器 (PLC)作為一種用于工業(yè)環(huán)境的數(shù)字式電子系統(tǒng),隨著微電子技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為一種最重要、最普及、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合最多的工業(yè)控制器。本文介紹了利用 FX2N 系列可編程序控制器為主控機(jī), PLC 控制的鐵精粉生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)鐵精粉自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線工藝流程,給出了控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),并附帶I/O 分配圖、程序框圖、梯形圖及時(shí)序圖。并經(jīng)過上機(jī)調(diào)試系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠,設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到要求和目的。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC 控制技術(shù);鐵精粉生產(chǎn); I/O 分配圖;梯形圖;時(shí)序圖 II Abstract Programmable logic controller (PLC) for digital electronic system of industrial environment as one, with the rapid development of microelectronics and puter technology, has bee one of the most important industrial controller, the most popular, most applications. This paper describes the use of FX2N series programmable controller as the main control machine, automatic control system, PLC control of the iron concentrate production. According to the automatic production line of iron powder, software and hardware design of the control system is given, and with the I/O distribution diagram, block diagram, ladder diagram and sequence diagram. And through the debugging system is reliable in operation, designed to meet the requirements and objectives.
