畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 題 目 : PLC 在電鍍生產(chǎn)線上的應(yīng)用 中文摘要 I 摘 要 電鍍行車生產(chǎn)線自動化的程度在德國、意大利、美國等國家的發(fā)展水平已經(jīng)較高,而在我國尚處于發(fā)展階段。本課題以行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點,結(jié)合其他行業(yè)自動控制技術(shù)的應(yīng)用情況,提出了基于 PLC 的電鍍行車自動生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計,并通過應(yīng)用機械、可編程序控制器 (PLC)等多項專門技術(shù)開發(fā)的自動生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。本文首先分析和制定了該生產(chǎn)線的整體設(shè)計思想和方案,確保了該生產(chǎn)線系統(tǒng)具備真正的自 動化生產(chǎn)能力且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單。在該生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)中,采用了高可靠性,高穩(wěn)定性,編程簡單,易于使用,而且廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線過程控制中的控制器 PLC。 重點分析了系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計部分,并給出了系統(tǒng) 主電路 圖、 PLC 控制 I/O 端口分配表以及整體程序流程圖等,實現(xiàn)了電鍍生產(chǎn)自動化,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低了勞動強度。 為適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng),我們還采用了基于組態(tài)王軟件的系統(tǒng)作為上位機,配合下位機 PLC 完成了該系統(tǒng)的實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能,更好的使該自動生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)融入到現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域中。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC、電鍍生產(chǎn)線、控制 系統(tǒng) 、組態(tài)王Abstract II Abstract Plating production line driving the degree of automation in Germany, Italy, the United States and other countries have higher levels of development, while in China is still in development topics to the industry status quo as the starting point, bined with other industry application of automatic control technology proposed PLCbased automatic electroplating production line design lane, and through the application of mechanical, programmable logic controller (PLC) and many other s pecialized technology developmentautomated production , analysis and development of the production line39。s overall design concept and programs to ensure that the production line automation system with real ability and a simple the production line control system, using a high reliability, high stability, simple programming and easy to use, and is widely used in modern industrial process control of production line controller PLC.
