學(xué)號: 08024020xx6 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 工作抽樣在方便面生產(chǎn)線的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐 Research On The Instant Noodle Production Lines By Worksampling 學(xué)院 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專業(yè) 工業(yè)工程 班級 工業(yè) 081 學(xué)生 李 通 指導(dǎo)教師(職稱) 趙晶英 (講師 ) 完成時(shí)間 20xx 年 3 月 28 日至 20xx 年 6 月 8 日 摘要 I 摘要 運(yùn)用工作抽樣法對方便面生產(chǎn) 現(xiàn)場 工人 的 工作情況和設(shè)備 運(yùn)作 情況做大量的抽查,將該生產(chǎn)線的現(xiàn)狀客觀的描述出來,測定操作者和機(jī)床的空閑比率以及工作比率,在此基礎(chǔ)上對其可能出現(xiàn)的空閑原因進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目細(xì)分,并針對問題 查找原因,采取相應(yīng)的對策改進(jìn)作業(yè),提高生產(chǎn)效率,同時(shí)對生產(chǎn)線制定一般標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 并進(jìn)行 分析改善 。研究表明 , 方便面生產(chǎn)線在機(jī)器調(diào)整、等待等活動中所花費(fèi)時(shí)間的比例偏高 , 大大減少了有效工作時(shí)間 , 增加了人員閑置、空轉(zhuǎn)的浪費(fèi)。 經(jīng)初步估算,如果工人非作業(yè)率降低 9 個(gè)百分點(diǎn),方便面產(chǎn)出速率 可提高 ,每條方便面生產(chǎn)線日產(chǎn)量可增產(chǎn) 9058 包。 關(guān)鍵詞 方便面生產(chǎn)線 工作抽樣 比率 生產(chǎn)效率 一般標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Abstract II Abstract Using work sampling the production site of the instant noodle production line workers and equipment to do a lot of checks, the status of the production line describe the objective determination of the operator and machine idle ratio and ratio of work on this basis, it’s possible the idle cause of project segments, and find the reasons for the problem, take appropriate measures to improve operations, increase productivity, the development of general standards and analysis to improve production line. Studies have shown that the high proportion of instant noodle production line machine adjustment, waiting for other activities to spend time and greatly reduces the effective working time, personnel idle, idling waste. Preliminary estimates, if the workers in nonoperating rate is reduced by 9 percentage points, the pipelined rate can be increased to , each noodle production line daily output can be increased to 9058 package.
