【正文】 １ 本科畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計(jì) ) 論文題目 ： 工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析 學(xué)生姓名 ： 郭 璐 學(xué) 號(hào) ： 1002120332 專 業(yè) ： 工程管理 班 級(jí) ： 工程 1003 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 周 淑 芬 完成日期 ： 20xx 年 5 月 10 日 I 工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控 制的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析 內(nèi) 容 摘 要 進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目管理的重要內(nèi)容，同時(shí)也是工程成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量的三大目標(biāo)之一。工程項(xiàng)目能否在預(yù)期的時(shí)間內(nèi)交付使用，直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益的發(fā)揮。因此對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的施工過程進(jìn)行全面的跟蹤和控制，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制目標(biāo)，以達(dá)到工期最優(yōu)，成本最合理和效益最大化，都具有十分重要的意義。工程建設(shè)進(jìn)度控制對(duì)提高工程項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有重要的影響。 本文介紹了工程項(xiàng)目管理的三大控制目標(biāo)，分析了施工工期與直接成本、間接成本的關(guān)系，從而得出工期與總成本之間的關(guān)系。然后通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖的編制， 提出工期 成本優(yōu)化的方法，實(shí)現(xiàn)工期 成本最優(yōu)化，找到總成本最低時(shí)所對(duì)應(yīng)的工期，即為工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的最佳目標(biāo)工期。接著，結(jié)合工程案例，對(duì)工期 成本優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證，進(jìn)而說明對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。 關(guān)鍵詞： 進(jìn)度控制 經(jīng)濟(jì)效益 工期 成本優(yōu)化 II Economic analysis of project schedule control Abstract Schedule control is not only an important part of project management,but also one of the three goals in project cost,schedule and quality. If the constructions can be delivered on the schedule time or not,is directly related to the project’s economic and social benefits. Therefore, the construction process of building a prehensive project tracking and control , and ultimately the project schedule control objectives in order to achieve optimal duration , the most reasonable cost and maximize efficiency, are of great significance. This paper introduces three control objectives of construction project management, analyzes the relationship between the construction time and direct costs, indirect costs, so that the relationship between time and total through the establishment of work plan, the method of time cost optimization, the time cost optimization, corresponding to find the lowest total cost of construction, is the best target schedule control of Engineering last, bined with engineering cases, the time cost optimization method was verified, and economy of the project schedule control.
