In the case of dangerous and/or poisonous cargo(es)， the Seller is obliged to take care to ensure that the nature and the generally adopted symbol shall be marked conspicuously on each package. 裝運(yùn)嘜頭，賣方負(fù)責(zé)在每件貨物上用牢固的不褪色的顏料明顯地刷印或標(biāo)明下述嘜頭，以及目的口岸、件號、毛重和凈重、尺碼和其它買方要求的標(biāo)記。如系危險(xiǎn)及／或有毒貨物，賣方負(fù)責(zé)保證在每件貨物上明顯地標(biāo)明貨物的性質(zhì)說明及習(xí)慣上被接受的標(biāo)記。 12 Terms of Payment： One month prior to the time of shipment the Buyer shall open with the Bank of _______an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favour of the Seller payable at the issuing bank against presentation of documents as stipulated under Clause 18. A. of SECTION II, the Terms of Delivery of this Contract after departure of the carrying vessel. The said Letter of Credit shall remain in force till the 15th day after shipment. ：買方于貨物裝船時(shí)間前一個(gè)月通過＿＿＿＿＿＿銀行開出以賣方為抬頭的不可撤銷信用證，賣方在貨物裝船啟運(yùn)后憑本合同交貨條款第 18 條 A款所列單據(jù)在開證銀行議付 貨 款。上述信用證有效期將在裝船后15 天截止。 13 Other Terms： Unless otherwise agreed and accepted by the Buyer， all other matters related to this contract shall be governed by Section II， the Terms of Delivery which shall form an integral part of this Contract. Any supplementary terms and conditions that may be attached to this Contract shall automatically prevail over the terms and conditions of this Contract if such supplementary terms and conditions e in conflict with terms and conditions herein and shall be binding upon both parties. ：除非經(jīng)買方同意和接受，本合同其它一切有關(guān)事項(xiàng)均按第二部分交貨條款之規(guī)定辦理，該交貨條款為本合同不可分的部分，本合同如有任何附加條款將自動(dòng)地優(yōu)先執(zhí)行附加條款，如附加條款與本合同條款有抵觸，則以附加條款為準(zhǔn)。 SECTION 2 第二部分 14 FOB/FAS TERMS FOB／ FAS 條件 The shipping space for the contracted goods shall be booked by the Buyer or the Buyer?s shipping agent __________. 。 Under FOB terms， the Seller shall undertake to load the contracted goods on board the vessel nominated by the Buyer on any date notified by the Buyer， within the time of shipment as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Contract. FOB條件下，賣方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)將所訂貨物在本合同第 8 條所規(guī)定的裝船期內(nèi)按買方所通知的任何日期裝上買方所指定的船只。 Under FAS terms， the Seller shall undertake to deliver the contracted goods under the tackle of the vessel nominated by the Buyer on any date notified by the Buyer， within the time of shipment as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Contract. FAS 條件下，賣方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)將所訂貨物在本合同第 8 條所規(guī)定的裝船期內(nèi)按買方所通知的任何日期交到買方所指定船只的吊桿下。 1015 days prior to the date of shipment， the Buyer shall inform the Seller by cable or telex of the contract number, name of vessel， ETA of vessel， quantity to be loaded and the name of shipping agent， so as to enable the Seller to contact the shipping agent direct and arrange the shipment of the goods. The Seller shall advise by cable or telex in time the Buyer of the result thereof. Should， for certain reasons， it bee necessary for the Buyer to replace the named vessel with another one， or should the named vessel arrive at the
