【正文】 :除非經(jīng)買(mǎi)方同意和接受,本合同其它一切有關(guān)事項(xiàng)均按第二部分交貨條款之規(guī)定辦理,該交貨條款為本合同不可分的部分,本合同如有任何附加條款將自動(dòng)地優(yōu)先執(zhí)行附加條款,如附加條款與本合同條款有抵觸,則以附加條款為準(zhǔn)。 Under FOB terms, the Seller shall undertake to load the contracted goods on board the vessel nominated by the Buyer on any date notified by the Buyer, within the time of shipment as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Contract.
