【正文】 石河子大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 1 化學(xué)工程與工藝畢業(yè)論文 年產(chǎn) 10 萬(wàn)噸二甲醚的初步工藝設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè)：化學(xué)工程與工藝 石河子大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 2 摘 要： 本設(shè)計(jì)為年產(chǎn) 10 萬(wàn)噸二甲醚的初步工藝設(shè)計(jì)，在設(shè)計(jì)說明書中，簡(jiǎn)單介紹了二甲醚的 性能、主要用途、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀 和 發(fā)展趨勢(shì)， 本設(shè)計(jì) 結(jié)合 了 新疆天業(yè)集團(tuán) 有限公司的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀，確定以甲醇脫水法作為本設(shè)計(jì)的工藝生產(chǎn)方法。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求 ，通過物料衡算和熱量衡算，以確定設(shè)備工藝參數(shù)和消耗工藝指標(biāo)， 同時(shí)對(duì)二甲醚生產(chǎn)過程中的安全注意事項(xiàng)及“三廢”治理作了相關(guān)說明，對(duì)整 個(gè)裝置進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的 初步 技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)。繪制了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，設(shè)計(jì)圖紙包括工藝流程圖、主要設(shè)備圖的裝配圖、設(shè)備的平面布置圖等。 關(guān)鍵詞： 二甲醚；甲醇； 工藝設(shè)計(jì) 石河子大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 3 Primary for the Manufacturing Process of Dimethl ether 100,000Ton Per year Specialty: Chemical Engineering﹠ technology Author:Lu yingwen Director :Huang Niandong (Party of Chemical Engineering , School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan 411201, P.
