【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 第 I頁 多層建筑小型電梯與建筑物結(jié)合方案設(shè)計 摘要 隨著生活質(zhì)量的提高，電梯的應(yīng)用也越來越廣。為滿足部分樓房住戶，在樓房建筑體系外增加一簡易電梯也成為了必要的需求。鑒于本課題其他系統(tǒng)已有其他同學(xué)負責(zé)設(shè)計。本文側(cè)重于根據(jù)原建筑物旁的地理條件，選擇合適的井道尺寸和型號以及電梯的的型號；電梯導(dǎo)軌的選擇；電梯導(dǎo)軌與建筑物墻體的結(jié)合。 首先，本文先進行電梯的基本概述以及對本設(shè)計選用的曳引式電梯進行概述。 其次，本文按照本設(shè)計體系中電梯轎廂及其部件的尺寸和重量，選用合適的鋼材作為導(dǎo)軌；設(shè)計導(dǎo)軌與建筑物墻體聯(lián)接螺栓校核以及導(dǎo)軌 與導(dǎo)軌直接的聯(lián)接設(shè)計。 最后，本文簡述了電梯的安裝，包括導(dǎo)軌的安裝以及對原建筑物的施工。 關(guān)鍵詞： 電梯，聯(lián)接，導(dǎo)軌 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 第 II頁 Multistorey Building Small Elevator Building And The Combination Scheme Design Author:li Ansheng Tutor:Gao long Abstract With the improvement of the quality of life, the application of the elevator more and more widely. Part of the building to meet the resident, in building the building system increase a simple elevator has bee the necessary demand. In view of this topic other system have other classmates responsible for design. This paper focuses on the original building according to the geographical condition, and choose the right word size and type of well and elevator model。 The elevator guide rail choice。 The elevator guide rail and the bination of the building wall. At first, in this paper the basic overview to the elevator and choose this design of traction type elevator are summarized. The secondly, the paper according to the design of the system and its ponents partments of the size and weight, choose suitable steel for the guide。 Design guide and building wall the connecting bolt and guide rail and guide rail check direct connection design. At last, this paper briefly describes the lift of the installation, including the installation of guide rail and the original building construction.
