I 熊兔大橋設(shè)計(jì) Xiongtu Bridge Design 學(xué) 院:建筑與土木工程學(xué)院 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 班 級(jí):土木工程 1105 學(xué) 號(hào): 110801515 學(xué) 生 姓 名:曹海峰 指 導(dǎo) 教 師:于賀 (講師) 2020年 06月 II 摘 要 本課題的設(shè)計(jì)為預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板梁橋設(shè)計(jì)名為 熊兔大橋:橋長(zhǎng) 60m,跨度 米,橋面寬 10m,包括 (人行道) 2 + 2(車(chē)道)。本次設(shè)計(jì)首先進(jìn)行方案比選,然后對(duì)各位置結(jié)構(gòu)所需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的荷載進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,及配筋計(jì) 算和墩柱等設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。在計(jì)算過(guò)程中,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的結(jié)構(gòu)主要是進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并且對(duì)各位置設(shè)計(jì)的是否合理進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,充分學(xué)習(xí)了與橋梁相關(guān)的知識(shí)。橋梁車(chē)道為兩車(chē)道,設(shè)計(jì)荷載是公路 II 級(jí)。本橋的預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板配筋采用部分預(yù)應(yīng)力 A 類(lèi)截面設(shè)計(jì),用先張法施工對(duì)橋面施工,選用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋, 1 7 鋼絞線,其直徑為 ,其余部分普通鋼筋采用 HRB235 或 R235。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中對(duì)上部的內(nèi)力結(jié)構(gòu)可變荷載,恒載及配筋都進(jìn)行了計(jì)算并對(duì)其都進(jìn)行了合理驗(yàn)算。本橋支座由 4 層鋼板和 5 層橡膠的組成板式橡膠支座,設(shè)計(jì)部分主要進(jìn)行支座的偏轉(zhuǎn)及抗滑穩(wěn)定性的驗(yàn)算,之后我們進(jìn)行了蓋梁,墩柱以及灌注樁的基本設(shè)計(jì),內(nèi)力計(jì)算以及合理性驗(yàn)算。 關(guān)鍵詞:預(yù)應(yīng)力 : 荷載 :先張法 III Abstracts This graduation project topic is prestressed concrete hollow slab bridge, it called Xiongtu Bridge. The bridge is 60 meters in length, arranged 6 cross per meters, the width of deck is 10 meters, including meters( sidewalk) 2+2( carriageway).First,the design is carried out alternatives,then we calculate the position of the load structure,reinforcement calculate,and pier calculate。 During the calculate ,we did a lot of puting about internal force,and we were checking each position whether it is also learn much knowledge about design is load П grade,and make two lane prestressed hollow reinforcement is class A crosssectional ,the bridge of construction using the pretensioning method and prestressing steel strand is the 17 and the diameter is , the ordinary steel choose HRB235 and the design process,we make the calculate and checking about the upper part of the internal forces’ variable load,dead load and bridge’s bearing choose the steel plate of fourlayer ,the rubber of fivelayer makes up the laminated rubber bearing,and we check the bearing the stability against sliding bearing make the calculate about capping beam,pier and bored piles of internal force and checking.
