【正文】 i 電子商務信用體系建設研究 摘 要 隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展 ,電子商務已深入到我們生活的方方面面，越來越多的個人 和企業(yè)參與到電子商務活動中去 ,但隨著電子商務的不斷發(fā)展 ,電子商務交易的信用危機也悄然襲來 ,已成為電子商務發(fā)展的一個主要瓶頸 ,制約了我國電子商務乃至全球電子商務快速、健康的發(fā)展。本文就電子商務信用方面的相關(guān)問題進行了探討 ,并提出了建設我國電子商務體系的若干具體措施。 21 世紀是一個數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡化和知識經(jīng)濟的社會，隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展，電子商務的不斷發(fā)展，關(guān)于電子商務的負面新聞不斷，通過網(wǎng)上開店 進行欺詐的情況愈演愈烈，電子商務的信用已成為電子商務發(fā)展的一個主要瓶頸。解決電子商務信用發(fā)展中存在的問題，構(gòu)建我國電子商務中信用體系是當前首要 任務 。 我國 商務正在進入一個快速發(fā)展的時代，但信用成為制約中國電子商務發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文主要討論了我國電子商務發(fā)展中存在的信用瓶頸，分析了形成我國電子商務信用瓶頸的原因，闡述了我國電子商務的信用模式，并根據(jù)具體情況探討了我國電子商務信 用體系的建設。 關(guān)鍵詞： 電子商務 信用體系 建設 ii Abstract With the rapid development of the Inter, emerce has already gone deep into every aspect of our lives, more and more individuals and enterprises to participate in electronic business activities, but with the development of electronic merce, electronic business transactions of the credit crisis is quietly on the development of emerce has bee a major bottleneck, restricted the our country electronic merce and the global electronic merce rapid and healthy development. In this paper the electronic merce credit related problems are discussed, and put forward the construction of our country electronic merce system of a number of specific measures.
