【正文】 數(shù)碼相機(jī)面殼模具設(shè)計(jì) 專 業(yè): 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué) 生: 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 完 成 日 期: 20xx0520 揚(yáng)州大學(xué)廣陵學(xué)院 I 摘 要 本文主要講述對(duì)數(shù)碼相機(jī)面殼進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程,通過(guò)對(duì)塑件的工藝分析,設(shè)計(jì)出塑料模具,并通過(guò)對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)與分類信息及產(chǎn)品材料的性能分析,初步選擇注塑機(jī)。 這次設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)數(shù)碼相機(jī)面殼的注射模進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)研究。該塑件成品的表面要求一般沙面,但要求耐老化耐磨損,使用壽命較長(zhǎng)。故在 設(shè)計(jì)中選 ABS( 丙烯腈 丁二烯 苯乙烯共聚物 ) ,潛澆口以保證其外觀要求。由于塑件有較復(fù)雜外形輪廓及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),產(chǎn)品倒鉤距離較長(zhǎng)需做油缸斜抽芯 ,對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)型腔排布的限制和生產(chǎn)數(shù)量等生產(chǎn)成本綜合考慮 ,確定在該設(shè)計(jì)中,型芯型腔為便于加工盡量使用鑲嵌件,以減少生產(chǎn)成本,保證塑件制品的加工成型精度。同時(shí),本設(shè)計(jì)在模具結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)和其他動(dòng)作原理方面作了較為詳細(xì)的解釋說(shuō)明。最后結(jié)合模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件的選用完成了整套模具的裝配,對(duì)有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行了全面校核,確保所設(shè)計(jì)的模具結(jié)構(gòu)合理并能安全可靠的用于批量生產(chǎn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)闡述了結(jié)合使 用 Pro/E, AutoCAD 完成裝配圖,零件圖。 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II 關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)碼相機(jī)面殼, Pro/E,塑料模具,設(shè)計(jì) Abstract This paper focuses on the process of mold design of digital camera shell, through process analysis of plastic parts, design of plastic mold, and the performance of the die design and classification of information and material analysis, the preliminary selectio n of injection molding machine.
