題目: 導(dǎo)管注塑模具設(shè)計(jì) I 導(dǎo)管注塑模具設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 注塑成型是塑件生產(chǎn)最常用的方法之一。本設(shè)計(jì)通過注塑模具產(chǎn)品,利用實(shí)體模型測(cè)量產(chǎn)品的尺寸,對(duì)實(shí)體進(jìn)行建模,并對(duì)塑件的材料和塑件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)塑件的模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括塑件成品的設(shè)計(jì)、工藝參數(shù)的分析與計(jì)算、工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和加工方案的制定,確定塑件的最佳澆注位置,并通過實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整,從而得到對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)來說最合理的澆注位置。在確定模具型腔數(shù)目后,分析產(chǎn)品的氣穴、熔接痕、充填時(shí)間、充填結(jié)束時(shí)的體積溫度、流動(dòng)前沿處的溫度、 速度 /時(shí)間轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn)壓力、充填結(jié)束時(shí)的壓力、注射位置處壓力等,可確定注塑模具的合理性。 該模具采用普通澆注系統(tǒng),由于采用一模兩腔的注射結(jié)構(gòu),必須設(shè)置分流道,用點(diǎn)澆口形式從零件端部進(jìn)料。 此次設(shè)計(jì)中,最關(guān)鍵的是確定型芯和型腔的結(jié)構(gòu),此外還分析了模具受力,脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)等 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 型腔 。熔接痕 。分流道 。點(diǎn)澆口 II Catheter injection mold design Abstract Injection molding is one of the most monly used method of plastic parts design, injection mold products, measuring the size of the entity model, entity modeling, and materials of plastic parts and plastic parts of the structure of analysis, mold design and plastic parts, including the design of the finished plastic parts,analysis and calculation of the process parameters, the design of the working part of the mold structure design and processing programs to develop, to determine the plastic parts of the casting position and adjust the actual situation, in order to get the most reasonable for the actual production of casting the number of mold cavity, the cavitation analysis products, Weld, filling time, filling the end of the volume of temperature at the temperature of the flow front velocity / time conversion point pressure, the pressure in the filling at the end of the injection site at the pressurecan determine the rationality of the injection mold.
