1 / 53摘 要本文闡述了風(fēng)扇調(diào)速旋鈕注塑模具的設(shè)計過程,并對設(shè)計原理及方案的選擇進行了相應(yīng)的論述。風(fēng)扇調(diào)速旋鈕的注射模具設(shè)計必須首先分析風(fēng)扇調(diào)速旋鈕結(jié)構(gòu),測量尺寸,確定分型面,運用 pro/e 軟件造型,分析它的尺寸、質(zhì)量等要素。然后進行整體設(shè)計,包括選擇注射機,設(shè)計澆注系統(tǒng),型芯、型腔,完成型芯、型腔的尺寸計算,設(shè)計冷卻回路等。之后進行相應(yīng)校核,如注射機的校核,模具最大厚度的校核等,并分析、確定方案的可行性。最后對模具工藝進行相應(yīng)描述,并制作模具工藝卡,繪制各零、部件圖紙等。同時,就目前的模具市場,尤其是中國模具市場,來制定模具加工工藝。目前世界模具市場供不應(yīng)求,模具的主要出口國是美國,日本,法國,瑞士等國家。中國模具出口數(shù)量極少,但中國模具鉗工技術(shù)水平高,勞動成本低,只要配備一些先進的數(shù)控制模設(shè)備,提高模具加工質(zhì)量,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,溝通外貿(mào)渠道,模具出口將會有很大發(fā)展。研究和發(fā)展模具技術(shù),提高模具技術(shù)水平,對于促進國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著特別重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)扇調(diào)速旋鈕;注塑模具;澆注系統(tǒng);型芯;型腔。2 / 53AbstractThis article elaborated the design process of ventilator velocity modulation knob injection mold39。s, and has carried on the corresponding elaboration to the principle of design and the plan of choice.In here, I have pleted the design assignment about injection mold for ventilator velocity modulation knob. In the first place, I must analyze the structure of ventilator velocity modulation knob, survey the size of it, decide the parting line, utilize the pro/e software modelling, analyzes essential factors and so on. And then, the primary design assignment will be put up. The task mostly include choicing injection machine, designing the feed system (include sprue, runner and gate), the core and the cavity. Except that, I must finish the calculation about the core and the cavity. Cooling channel and vent of injection mold must be take into account .In the next place, Carry on the corresponding examination, like the injection machine examination, the mold greatest thickness39。s examination and so on. Afterward, I must analyzes and make sure the determination plan feasibility. Finally, the corresponding technics of mold must be described and the card of mold technics be done. Of course, the blueprint of all accessory would be finished.At the same time, make use of condition the market of mold in present, especially in the Chinese market of mold, to formulate the mold processing craft particularly.
