【正文】 采茶機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)` 摘 要采茶機(jī)器人是基于茶園茶樹的具體生長特點(diǎn)以及茶葉采摘的的具體情要而設(shè)計(jì)的茶葉采摘設(shè)備，其功能主要是完成茶葉的采摘工作。本次設(shè)計(jì)的是自乘式采茶機(jī)器人，代替了傳統(tǒng)的背負(fù)式或手提式采茶機(jī)。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程主要包括采茶機(jī)器人的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、控制系統(tǒng)以及傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等設(shè)計(jì)。采茶機(jī)是從茶樹頂梢采收新嫩茶葉的作物收獲機(jī)械。根據(jù)采摘的方法不同可以分為選擇性采茶機(jī)和非選擇性采茶機(jī)兩類。這兩類采茶工作具有不一樣的特點(diǎn)。分別適合名貴茶葉和大宗型茶葉。總的目的是完成采茶工作的要求。采茶機(jī)器人可以實(shí)現(xiàn)茶葉的的機(jī)械化拆摘，不僅能夠節(jié)省茶園采茶工的數(shù)量，而且可以有效地減輕采茶工的工作強(qiáng)度，大幅度地提高了茶園茶葉采摘效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。關(guān)鍵詞：采茶機(jī)器人，自行式，傳動(dòng)控制采茶機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì) AbstractTea picking robot is designed for specific growth characteristics of tea plants and tea picking specific conditions should be based on the tea picking device, its main function is to plete the tea picking work.This design is the type tea picking robot, instead of a backpack or handheld traditional tea picking machine. The overall plan of the whole design process including picking robot design, control system and drive system design. Tea picking machine is from tree top crop harvester harvesting tender tea shoots. According to the method of picking can be divided into different selective picking machine and non selective picking machine two. These two kinds of tea is not the same. Respectively for the precious tea and bulk tea.
