Loss pensation is one of the important principles, in car insurance claims, it not only embodies the basic functions of the insurance and role, and also in claims application must abide by the basic principles. In car insurance, once existed in practice the biggest dispute is one of around loss pensation principle of open. That is, in the case of loss all motor vehicles shall be or get out of danger is in before the actual value of the vehicle up pensation or according to the amount of insurance pensation, thus dispute.
