【正文】 新時(shí)期農(nóng)業(yè)科研管理工作存在的問題及對(duì)策的論文 新時(shí)期農(nóng)業(yè)科研管理工作存在的問題及對(duì)策的論文 作者：吉曉芹姜愛蘭俞路 沙建國 摘要基于對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科研管理工作在農(nóng)業(yè) 科學(xué) 研究中的重要地位的認(rèn)識(shí) ,分析探討新時(shí)期農(nóng)業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)科研管理工作中存在的科研管理理念落后、科研管理模式陳舊、科研項(xiàng)目重申報(bào)輕執(zhí)行、農(nóng)業(yè)科研力量分散、農(nóng)業(yè)科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化率低等問題 ,提出理清工作思路、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目全程管理、做好人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目申報(bào)的針對(duì)性、加強(qiáng)科研檔案管理和科研條件建設(shè)的對(duì)策 ,以促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)科研管理工作的開展。 關(guān)鍵詞農(nóng)業(yè)科研管理農(nóng)業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)問題對(duì)策 abstractbased on knowing the important status of management in agricultural science researches,several problems were put forward,namely,the philosophy of the management of agricultural scientific researches was draggled,the pattern was outofdate,pay attention to the application but take no notice of execution,the research strength was dispersed and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements were lower and so on. also,several suggestions and countermeasures for improving management of scientific researches in agricultural institutions were proposed,that was,there must be new concept in the management,effective entire journey management,qualified personnel resources being effectively distributed,selecting programs which were main problems in local agricultural production,strengthening archives management and improving research conditions. it will promote the developing of agricultural scientific researches. key wordsmanagement of agricultural scientificagricultural institutionsproblemscountermeasures 農(nóng)業(yè)科研管理工作是農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究中重要 的不可缺少的一環(huán) ,是農(nóng)業(yè)科研院所工作的重要組成部分 ,是管 理學(xué) 與農(nóng)業(yè)科研、農(nóng)業(yè) 經(jīng)濟(jì) 有機(jī)結(jié)合的調(diào)控系統(tǒng) ,直接服務(wù)于農(nóng)
