16 參考文獻 ………………………………………………………………………… 17 3 摘 要 本次設(shè)計采用沖孔 —— 落料復(fù)合模。首先對制件進行工藝性分析,進而制定工藝方案,確定模具類型。再通過排樣材料利用率的計算,凸凹模刃口尺寸的計算,壓力中心的確定以及沖裁力的計算(包括卸料力、推料力),來選擇適合的壓力機。 然后開始進行模具結(jié)構(gòu)選擇,包括模架、螺釘?shù)葮?biāo)準(zhǔn)零件的選擇,之后設(shè)計非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件,如凸模、凹模、卸料板等,為繪制零件圖、裝配圖打好基礎(chǔ) 。 最后是通過前面的設(shè)計方案與數(shù)據(jù)繪制裝配圖、零件圖,再對壓力機進行校核,確定使用。 通過對本次設(shè)計,了解沖壓成型的基本原理,掌握沖壓工藝過程,能夠運用所學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識,合理的設(shè)計沖裁模具,選用沖壓設(shè)備, 提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動強度和生產(chǎn)成本。 關(guān)鍵字:復(fù)合模 設(shè)計 沖壓 4 Abstract Stamping process is through the use of conventional or special stamping equipment, the driving force, so that sheet in the mold directly affected by the deformation force and deformation, and thus obtain a certain shape, size and performance of the product parts production technology.
