Phase 1 will be Logistics implementation. Phase 2 will be Financials implementation. And Phase 3 will be incremental improvement projects as and when required. Phased approach Oracle?s threephased approach provides Hongkong Tele with the ability to first address the most critical business pressure, ., Year 20xx pliance in its logistics and financial systems, along with selected business improvements and then to proceed through further business improvements in a flexible, business needsdriven series of independent projects undertaken as required. This phased approach enables the solution to be both costeffective and responsive to changing business needs over time. ? Lower risk Oracle?s phased solution delivers very low risk, as it involves implementation of Oracle base product with minimal customisation and limited need for interfacing.
