Workshop horizontal design, the product plan and the craft proof, selection of processing technology and equipment, materials balancing, hygiene and safety, and anization were studied and designed for the industrial used cellulase production, based on the demand of product, geographical environment, governmental policies and the production technology. At last the analysis of technical economy of this project was done. It showed that the fixed assets was million RMB, after the pletion of the project, the plant may yearly produce solid cellulase 240t, liquid cellulase 240t, the annual profit was million RMB, and the return time of investment was 3 years. Key Words Industrial used cellulase。 Plant design。 Materials balancing。 Technical economy analysis 1. 緒論 . 項目建設(shè)的背景 . 項目提出的依據(jù) 纖維素酶是降解纖維素生成葡萄糖的一組酶的總稱。它不是單種酶,而是起協(xié)同作用的多組酶系。大多微生物產(chǎn)生的纖維素酶,最主要的有三個部分:內(nèi)切葡聚糖酶;纖維二糖水解酶; β—葡萄糖苷酶。一般纖維素酶的相對分子質(zhì)量在 45000~ 75000 之間,最適合溫度50℃ 左右,最適 pH=4~ 5。纖維素酶的用途極其廣泛,近年來被廣泛應(yīng)用于 酒精 、飼料、食品等行業(yè) [1]。 纖維素是目前地球上唯一產(chǎn)量巨大而未得到充分利用的可再生資源,廣泛而大量存在于自然界。隨著能源危機的日漸加劇,對于纖維素的利用吸引了許多研究者的眼光。利用纖維素的關(guān)鍵 是把不溶于水的纖維素分解為可發(fā)酵性糖,而纖維素酶則是此關(guān)鍵中的關(guān)鍵。利用纖維素酶可將纖維素質(zhì)原料轉(zhuǎn)化為可發(fā)酵性糖,再利用微生物將糖轉(zhuǎn)化為乙醇。用此方法生產(chǎn)的燃料乙醇可部分取代汽油。這是目前生物能源研究的重點,也是纖維素酶的主要應(yīng)用方向。 隨著酶制劑工業(yè)的發(fā)展,纖維素酶的應(yīng)用范圍也進一步的擴大。纖維素酶是畜牧業(yè)中的一種新型飼料添加劑。利用纖維素酶能將飼料中一部分難于消化的纖維素轉(zhuǎn)化為糖和菌體蛋白,改善動物飼料利用性,能使畜禽最大限度的利用飼料,提高飼料利用價值,減少畜禽消化道疾病發(fā)生,同時可減少飼料用量,降低 養(yǎng)殖成本 [3]。 . 投資的必要性和經(jīng)濟意義 隨著生物工程的迅猛發(fā)展,纖維素酶制劑的生產(chǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實。美國、丹麥和日本于 20 世紀 70 年代就開始了纖維素酶的生產(chǎn),國際市場基本上為它們所壟斷,我國七五計劃才把纖維素酶的生產(chǎn)列為攻關(guān)
