【正文】 提速列車對(duì)數(shù)不斷增多的情況下,確保鐵路運(yùn)輸安全仍是我們的首要問(wèn)題。這不僅直接關(guān)系到人民群眾生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安危,還關(guān)系到鐵路系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。但隨之而來(lái)的行車安全問(wèn)題特別是非正常情況下行車安全問(wèn)題必須引起我們的關(guān)注和警惕。 接發(fā)列車工作時(shí)鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的必備條件,也是鐵路行車組織的重要組成部分,也是保證鐵路正點(diǎn)、高效、安全的前提。更好的熟悉和運(yùn)用鐵路專業(yè)知識(shí)辦理各車站接發(fā)列車作業(yè)的技能及運(yùn)用 規(guī)章分析解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力,使我們等適應(yīng)鐵路運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的需要。在畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中我根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)真實(shí)場(chǎng)景,結(jié)合車站值班員、信號(hào)員、助理值班員等行車專業(yè)崗位對(duì)非正常情況下單線半自動(dòng)閉塞、雙線自動(dòng)閉塞 6502 集中聯(lián)鎖的操作和辦理接發(fā)列車的方式開展了深入細(xì)致的研究。 非正常情況接發(fā)列車因設(shè)備不同、故障類型不同,使其處理的方法也與正常情況下的作業(yè)處理方式差別較大,情況復(fù)雜。作為我專業(yè)學(xué)生的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),我們開展研究了出站信號(hào)機(jī)故障、進(jìn)站信號(hào)機(jī)故障、軌道電路故障道岔區(qū)段紅光帶等非正常情況下的接發(fā)列車工作。 本文主要闡述了非正常情況下接 發(fā)列車易發(fā)生的問(wèn)題,對(duì)正常接發(fā)列車發(fā)生問(wèn)題的原因分析,提出了確保非正常情況下接發(fā)列車安全的主要措施。 關(guān)鍵詞: 接發(fā)車、安全 非正常情況、措施 11 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the national economy, the transportation demand is high, the railway transport capacity tension continues.
