Distribution center as a result of huge investment, operation process of a certain degree of risk, so the planning design and operation of the quality management system for logistics and distribution efficiency greatly. In this paper, six of the Xinhua Bookstore on the distribution center processes received shipments of books the development trend of logistics enterprises and the publication, distribution, logistics status of the study, the pany processes for problems that exist in the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Press the focus of an analysis of various types of reverse logistics and the current situation caused by such a high return rate of the reasons, the book concludes with control of the supply chain response reverse logistics, with a view to the development of the pany to make a contribution.
