Receiving Department The Department who hosts the Trainee has the responsibility to select a Trainer and create a prehensive Cross Training program. They also have the responsibility of monitoring the progress of the Trainee and reporting this progress.接收部門 － 接收部門有責(zé)任為學(xué)員設(shè)計一整套交叉培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容，并監(jiān)控該學(xué)員在培訓(xùn)過程中的進(jìn)展情況。b. Trainee Report the Trainee is also required to submit a report evaluating what he/she has learned and his/her own performance. PROCEDURE 程序1. Cross Hotel Training will be determined on a need basis and this usually takes place at the annual appraisal time. The employee must be one who is expected to continue to grow either in their current position or preferably in higher positions in the future. It should not be used as a reward without objective.
