【正文】 生阻礙作用。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套式?？紤]到零件的偏心問題以及大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)的需要，再結(jié)合送料操作方便的原則，最終選擇四角布置的模架布置。 根據(jù)沖汛壓工序性質(zhì)工件精度及模具壽命等要求，導(dǎo)柱與導(dǎo)套的配合精度可分為H6/h5 和 H7/h6兩種。凸、凹模 間隙小于 ，導(dǎo)柱與導(dǎo)套的配合取 H6/h5，大于 ,取 H7/h6。 導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套既要耐磨，又要具有足夠的韌度，一般選用 20號(hào)鋼經(jīng)滲碳淬火處理，硬度為 HRC 58? 62，滲碳層深度 ～ mm。是提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、降低消耗、創(chuàng)造效益，盡快使產(chǎn)品占領(lǐng)市場的重要性條件。冷沖模材料應(yīng)具有的性能： 冷沖模包括沖裁模、彎曲模、拉深模、成形模和冷擠壓模等。模具常常發(fā)生脆斷、堆塌、磨損、啃傷和軟化等形成的失效。 1）應(yīng)具有較高的變形抗力：主要抗力指標(biāo)包括淬火、回火抗壓強(qiáng)度、彎強(qiáng)度等。工作零件熱處理后的硬度在 60HRC 強(qiáng)度和抗彎強(qiáng)度才能保證模具具有較高的變 形能力。 27 其基體中碳含量越高沖擊韌性越高。 3）應(yīng)具有較高的耐磨性和抗疲勞性能：對(duì)于在一定條件下工作的模具鋼，為了提高耐磨性，需要在硬度高的基體上均勻分布有大量細(xì)小硬的碳化物 相同硬度下，提高鋼的性能是模具在交變應(yīng)力條件下產(chǎn)生的疲勞破壞，如模具長期使用有 刮痕凹槽等 4）應(yīng)具有較好的冷、熱加工工藝性：鋼材的加工性能包括可鍛性、可加工性、淬透性、淬硬性較小的脫碳敏感性和較小變形傾向等，以方便模具的加工，易于成形及防止熱處理后變形等。 模具閉合高度 H應(yīng)該滿足 ： 319 式中 Hmax— 壓力機(jī)最大閉合高度； Hmin— 壓力機(jī)最小閉合高度； H1— 墊板厚 度。 m in 1 m a x 110 5H H H H H? ? ? ? ? ? 28 模具組裝最終效果如下圖 12所示，詳細(xì)情況見附圖 A0（合金模具總裝圖）。把凸模放進(jìn)凹模型孔內(nèi)，兩邊墊以等高墊塊，并放入后導(dǎo)柱模座內(nèi)，用劃針把凹模外形畫在下模座上面，將凸模固定板外形畫在上模座下平面，初步確定了凸模固定板和凹模在模座中的位置。 2)加工上模座聯(lián)接 彈壓卸料板的螺釘過孔；加工下模座上的漏料孔，并按線每邊均勻加大約 1mm。注意不要過緊，以便調(diào)整。如果凸模未進(jìn)入凹?？變?nèi)，可輕輕敲擊凸模固定板，利用螺釘與螺釘過孔的間隙、進(jìn)行細(xì)微調(diào)整，直至凸模進(jìn)入凹模型孔內(nèi)。 5)沖裁間隙調(diào)整均勾后，把上模組件取下，鉆、鉸 定位銷孔，配入定位銷（銷與孔應(yīng)保持適當(dāng)?shù)倪^盈）。 6)按裝配圖裝配其他零件，達(dá)到技術(shù)要求，最后打標(biāo)記。 2） 工作熱處理后的實(shí)際硬度值是否符合要求 ,如有碳化合物偏析要求應(yīng)技術(shù)要求的規(guī)定 。 4） 零件不應(yīng)有沙眼、縮空、裂紋、磨削退火或機(jī)械損傷 。 這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是大學(xué)四年中的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，是對(duì)四年的學(xué)習(xí)生活中所學(xué)的知識(shí) 30 一個(gè)匯總和概括，使我們每個(gè)人都能總合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 由于以前所學(xué)的課程難免有些理解不深，遺忘等，而本次設(shè)計(jì)又或多或少的用到了這些知識(shí)，從而迫使我再次回顧以前的課 程，并加深了對(duì)這些課程的理解，如機(jī)械制圖中的各種線型的特點(diǎn)應(yīng)用，材料力學(xué)中的應(yīng)力校核，熱處理中各種材料與熱處理性能，公差配合與測(cè)量技術(shù)中公差的正確選用，模具的加工與制造技術(shù)。 2）理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的重要性 以前的學(xué)習(xí)中，基本上是純理論的學(xué)習(xí)，雖然有金工實(shí)習(xí)、畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)等實(shí)踐的體味，但卻停留在表面上，沒有進(jìn)行過真正的設(shè)計(jì)，從而使理論與實(shí)踐嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)，在作設(shè)計(jì)的過程中，我才真正感覺到眼高手低的含義，同時(shí)也“窺一斑而知全豹”，自己的學(xué)習(xí)中的不足和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)暴露無遺，但是在 老師們的幫助下以及自己的努力下，我終于克服了重重困難，使設(shè)計(jì)得以順利的進(jìn)行。 3）對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)中的安全性，經(jīng)濟(jì)性加深了認(rèn)識(shí) 在設(shè)計(jì)工作中，要不斷對(duì)安全性進(jìn)行分析，從操作者的角度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，在設(shè)計(jì)中，需要考慮到模具的成本問題，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的前提，成本的高直接決定了產(chǎn)品的競爭力，故在設(shè)計(jì)中盡可能的選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。 由于工件形 狀復(fù)雜，在設(shè)計(jì)中計(jì)算塑件的體積出現(xiàn)了很大的難度，通過計(jì)算機(jī)輔助繪圖和計(jì)算才得以解決。采用電腦處理，精度高，方便快捷，在本次設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，要求計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖，從而對(duì) AUTOCAD 的學(xué)習(xí)有了很大的進(jìn)展，對(duì) WORD 等各種文字處理工具有了更為熟練的操作，而模具 CAD技術(shù)已成為該行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，電腦終將成為設(shè)計(jì)的必備工具，這對(duì)提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)著極為重要的現(xiàn)在意義。這就除了能力水平的問題 外，極為重要的一點(diǎn)便是態(tài)度問題，作為學(xué)生必須要態(tài)度謙虛、工作認(rèn)真、勤學(xué)好問、實(shí)事求是，才能正確對(duì)待設(shè)計(jì)，才有可能取得設(shè)計(jì)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的高度發(fā)達(dá)，一些質(zhì)量優(yōu)、性能好、效率高、能耗低、價(jià)格低廉的產(chǎn)品將開發(fā)出來并淘汰那些老的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)或設(shè)備。 綜合運(yùn)用好這些課程，加之我們平時(shí)的知識(shí) 積累和老師的極大的幫助和指導(dǎo)，為這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)提供了非常有利的保障。 32 致謝 寫到這里，即我的畢業(yè)論文將要付梓的時(shí)候，想要說的感謝很多，然而我卻想借這一席之地說上幾句。在這段時(shí)間里，我從一 個(gè)從未離開父母庇護(hù)的懵懂少年成長為一個(gè)懂得人間寒暑的髙校畢業(yè)生，其間的痛苦，悲傷，歡笑，一切的一切在我腦海中還是那么清晰、難忘??同 時(shí)我也受益很多， 大學(xué)的磨練，使我成熟穩(wěn)重了，提高了分析問題、解決問題的能力。在這次設(shè)計(jì)中，我的計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖的水平也大有提高。感謝陪我走過陪我經(jīng)歷這一切的所有的朋友、同學(xué)、老師、父母 ，感謝你們對(duì)我的幫助，使我得以發(fā)揮自己的特長，找到人生的價(jià)值。 ll wait in the line for one hour to get a ticket, and another two hours at the site, to only see a tiny bit of the place due to the crowds.
