Named place of destination ?CPT...named place of destination CF CI DAS DAW ……. FOB In details Free on Board …named port of shipment the seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment. The seller is required to clear the goods for export. The seller has to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the goods until the goods are delivered on board the vessel. Then, the buyer has to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the goods from the delivery This term can be used only for sea or inland waterway transport. 14 FOB買賣雙方的基本義務(wù) 賣方 (Seller) ? 提供合同規(guī)定的貨物； ? 在合同規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)在指定裝運(yùn)港將貨物交至買方指定的船上，并給予買方充分的通知； ? 承擔(dān)貨物在裝運(yùn)港裝載于船上為止的一切費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)； ? 辦理出口清關(guān)手續(xù)，取得出口許可證和 /或其他有關(guān)證件、支付出口關(guān)稅和 /或有關(guān)出口費(fèi)用； ? 提供商業(yè)發(fā)票和證明已交貨的通常單據(jù)。 FOB:證明賣方交貨 可轉(zhuǎn)讓的提單、不可轉(zhuǎn)讓的海運(yùn)單、內(nèi)河運(yùn)單或多式聯(lián)運(yùn)單據(jù)。 ? 實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)中，通常被要求提交的是：可轉(zhuǎn)讓的、已裝船、清潔提單。但以該項(xiàng)貨物已正式劃歸合同項(xiàng)下，即清楚地劃出或以其他方式確定為合同項(xiàng)下之貨物為限 。 ? CIF的英文全稱為“ COST,INSURANCE AND FREIGHT...Named Port of Destination” CIF In Details CIF是指賣方負(fù)責(zé)租船 /訂艙，支付從裝運(yùn)港至目的港的運(yùn)費(fèi)，辦理貨運(yùn)保險(xiǎn)，支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，在合同規(guī)定的裝運(yùn)期限內(nèi)在裝運(yùn)港將貨物交至運(yùn)往指定目的港的船上，負(fù)擔(dān)貨物 在裝運(yùn)港裝載于船上為止的一切費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 。 買方（ buyer） ? 承擔(dān)貨物在裝運(yùn)港裝載于船上時(shí)起的一切費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)； ? 辦理進(jìn)口清關(guān)手續(xù)，取得進(jìn)口許可證和 /或其他證件，支付進(jìn)口關(guān)稅和 /或其他費(fèi)用； ? 接受單據(jù)，支付價(jià)款，收取貨物。 ? 此單據(jù)必須： 載明合同貨物，其日期是在約定的裝運(yùn)期內(nèi) 使買方可以在目的港向承運(yùn)人提取貨物； 除非另有約定，應(yīng)使買方或單據(jù) 商業(yè)發(fā)票、保險(xiǎn)單和通常的運(yùn)輸單據(jù) ? 通常的運(yùn)輸單據(jù) 可轉(zhuǎn)讓的提單、不可轉(zhuǎn)讓的海運(yùn)單和內(nèi)河運(yùn)單 在實(shí)踐中，通常被要求以通過轉(zhuǎn)讓單據(jù)（可轉(zhuǎn)讓提單）或通過通知承運(yùn)人，向其后手出售在途貨物。 或 按照通常條件 （ on usual terms） 租船 /定艙，經(jīng)習(xí)慣航線 (by the usual route） 運(yùn)送貨物 . 賣方保險(xiǎn)責(zé)任 按合同約定 。即：倫敦保險(xiǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會的《協(xié)會貨物條款》（ ICC） 的 C險(xiǎn)或我國海洋運(yùn)輸貨物保險(xiǎn)條款（ CIC） 的 . 程租船運(yùn)輸時(shí)卸貨費(fèi)用承擔(dān) 貿(mào)易術(shù)語變形 : CIF Liner Terms。 CIF Ex Tackle。 B6： 包括駁船費(fèi)和碼頭費(fèi)在內(nèi)的卸貨費(fèi)用應(yīng)由買方負(fù)擔(dān)（ unloading costs
