The experiment applied singlefactor test to confirm the influential elements of the extraction technology of plantains flavonoid, including ethanol concentration, solidliquid ratio, microwave irradiation time, microwave power, time and temperature of water bath, and the orthogonal experiment to make sure the optimum technological conditions .The results showed that: the optimum conditions of microwaveassisted extraction plantain flavonoid were 70% ethanol concentration, ratio of solid to liquid 1:40, 700 W microwave power, 80 s microwave time, h bath time, and the temperature is 80 ℃. The extraction rate of flavonoid under such circumstance was %. So, Microwaveassisted extraction is a timesaving and highefficient method than ordinary extraction.Key words: Plantago major。 microwaveassisted。連花莖高達 50 厘米,具須根。根莖短縮肥厚,密生須狀根?,F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學和中醫(yī)藥理研究表明,車前全草中主要有效成分為烏蘇酸、車前苷、環(huán)烯醚甙類成分,其中環(huán)烯醚甙類包括桃葉珊瑚甙、梓醇、京尼平甙酸、蜜特力甙等;黃酮類如車前甙、黃芩素等;此外還古有生物堿、蛋白質(zhì)、氨基酸、大量脂肪酸類、固醇類及酚酸類,在提高人體免疫能力、抗衰老、抑制腫瘤、補五臟虛勞、改善糖尿病癥狀和萎縮性胃炎等方面有明顯療效 [1]。黃酮類化合物又稱生物類黃酮,是色原酮或色原烷的衍生物,以黃酮(2苯基色原酮)為母核而衍生的一類黃色色素。黃酮類化合物具有廣泛的生物學功能,包括抗氧化,降血脂,抑制血小板凝聚,在生物體內(nèi)有預防心血管疾病,防癌抗癌,調(diào)節(jié)免疫,抗衰老,抗菌殺菌,提高記憶力,抗過敏,利膽等諸多藥理作用及功效 [34]。本實驗運用微波輔助法對車前草中黃酮類化合物進行提取,測定其
