Therefore, it is great of significance, both theoretically and practically, for us to do some research on the key technologies of the fireworks safety engineering and find out some practical countermeasures so as to ensure the safety of fireworks production and reduce accidents as much as possible. (1) Based on theories related with safety engineering, this thesis, from five aspects, namely, personnel, machinery, raw materials, process methods and production environment, takes all kinds of factors that will cause fireworks accidents into serious consideration in order to provide a good beginning for the research on key technologies in the following chapters. (2) With the direction of explosion model theory, the paper tends to constitute fireworks explosion model, analyze the influence explosion wave has on people and construction, ensure the scope it may do harm and eventually make a discussion on the key technologies about how to design a fireworks factory from four aspects— location, design, outer and inner space. (3) Then, based on the production characteristics of firecrackers and fireworks (excluding light beads), the paper will design related process and offer more specific instructions to the configuration of production assembly line as well as process parameters. (4) The author will discuss the design for wall, door, window, roof, ground, and later provide instructions for various construction structures according to different functions. (5) Fifthly, more discussion on the key technologies about fireworks factory safety design will be done with specific requirements being put forward, considering the protective barrier, lightning protection measures for drug reservoir, grounded power supply system, personnel measures to eliminate static electricity and security production facilities and ancillary facilities. (6) With the application of the knowledge of fire engineering, low voltage distribution along with the safe requirements of heating, ventilation, munications to the fireworks factory safety design, the thesis intends to determine the requirements for fire engineering design, electricity distribution safety design and safety engineering.
